Store Policies

Items on are intended for the use of Universal North America agents and employees only. Universal North America reserves the right to decline purchases at any time. 

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping for all items.  We aim to get your items to you as soon as possible, but some items are customized upon order and require longer lead times. If you are a Universal North America employee in the Sarasota office, items may be in stock and available for you immediately. Otherwise, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery (though most items ship much sooner).

Returns Policy

We do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchases from Shop UNA.  We are happy to exchange UNA logo items for you whenever possible.  If we do not have your available size or color items in stock, exchanges may take several weeks. 

Items purchased with company issued gift certificates and coupons cannot be returned for refunds.  Company store credit will be issued if unused items are returned.  Unused items purchased using your credit card are eligible for refunds.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/exchange options once we've received and processed the returned item.
